MAIN TASK OF PRE-TURNAROUND:
Site preparation: set-up of temporary offices, dressing rooms, mess area and warehouse | set-up of laydown areas fencing | delivery and placing of tools and containers areas fencing | installation of electrical panels at the work site | installation of pedestrian path (from TSF to work site) | unloading of materials at laydown/warehouse areas (scaffolding, insulation materials, bulk material from client, hydro-jet cleaning equipment, etc..) | piping prefabrication and shipping to site | Scaffoldin erection | Collecting bulk material to be segregated by Job Card before TAR | etc..
MAIN TASK OF EXECUTION:
Daily toolbox meeting by the Project managment | LMRA before starts works on the work place | Staff schedule meeting (morning) to identify if any mitigation action are required | daily coordination meeting (post lunch time) to identify any SIMOPS and mitigate risks | Progress review daily meeting (Staff and Supervisor) | Schedule chasers will continuosly collect progress at site and report to planner | Quality control continuoselly inspection and reporting to Quality Manager | etc..
